Building on this foundation, Eteyen pursued an MBA in Supply Chain, Shipping, and Logistics from Universidad Católica de Murcia, Spain, equipping him with advanced knowledge to address complex industry challenges. His leadership in developing competency standards and implementing cost-saving measures significantly improved safety and efficiency across deep offshore platforms. Certified as an International Safety Management Lead Auditor, with specialized training in marine insurance and incident investigation, he became adept at navigating compliance and regulatory frameworks. His innovative systems for performance analysis and safety management further solidified his reputation as a proactive leader in addressing maritime challenges.
Currently, as the Managing Director of Jetense Consultants Limited, Eteyen drives strategic leadership and organizational performance, embedding a safety-first culture across all operations. His commitment to continuous improvement and innovation ensures resilient, compliant maritime operations. As an accredited OCIMF OVID inspector, he prioritizes rigorous evaluation processes to uphold maritime safety and operational excellence.
